Hello,
Sorry, there is no printable (PDF) version of the User's Guide; it is
all in HTML. However, I can understand that sometimes a hard copy is
convenient. To make a hard copy, show a manual page in your web
browser and use the browser's print function.
You can use Help... Search Documentation in the Chimera menu to find
manual pages on particular topics. If you have trouble finding
something, you can send me e-mail.
The User's Guide is very nonlinear (each page has links to many other
pages) and very large (>280 HTML files, >30K lines of text). We have
tried in the past to make a PDF version, but the result was not
satisfactory.
Best wishes,
Elaine
