[chimera-dev] blending different thresholds/resolution in single image

Hi Xin Su,
There is no option to combine different thresholds or to simulate and combine different resolutions in a single image. Probably the example image you sent was made by first creating several separate images, and then using some other image-editing program like Photoshop to put them together.

If you have another question later: Usually we recommend address chimera-users at cgl.ucsf.edu for general questions. This chimera-dev address is more for questions about programming (python).

Best,
Elaine
