Great! While you're at it, I think Pseudobonds should be included in
the highlight lens interface.
You get a very funny effect when using chain @ca plus a highlight lens
that shows all backbone and sidechain atoms: you see both the pseudobond
chain and the regular backbone chain at the same time.
Since now I am focusing on side chain predictions, I wanted to be able
to use chain or ribbon representation for the template and model
structures, plus a lens that showed just the sidechain and backbone in
wireframe. This lets you see both the global fold and the local data at
the same time, without lots of command line typing.
