Hi Mike,
	There is no trigger for what you want, but it sounds like a good idea so 
we will try to add 'motion started' and 'motion finished/stopped/whatever'
  triggers for the next release.  In the interim, we suggest you bind to 
ButtonRelease for tkgui.app.graphics (the main graphics widget) -- making 
sure to use the '+' arg in your bind() call to avoid overriding the normal 
functions called during ButtonRelease.
